- Prosecutors say JP damaged Mica’s tires and later denied it, but investigators found he had bought a tire-deflation tool online.
- The federal indictment alleges the harassment began November 16, 2022, and continued until April 27, 2024—the day Mica died.
- JP has said he hired a private investigator in connection with tracking Mica. Prosecutors allege his stated reason wasn’t the real one and say the investigator was actually hired to cyberstalk her over suspected adultery.
